Shop Floor Tug

Application description: Ideal for material handling in a manufacturing environment. Load Movers can be used to move parts between operations or work cells on the shop floor or for parts movement to and from inventory. Load Movers are much safer than forklifts because they can maneuver in tighter aisle spaces or move material inside small manufacturing cell areas.

The Load Mover “Xtreme”, which can handle weights up to 50,000 lbs, may be applicable for heavy industrial manufacturing.    For factories that are doing a variety of different parts or if the weigh increases greatly as the product moves through the fabrication steps, then using 2 or 3 types of Load Movers may be the best option to maximize efficiency.
